A deposit of $150 is required, to be applied to charges for damages due
to negligence and to cleaning costs (at the rate of $25/hour). Any amount
remaining after these charges will be returned after the event.
Insurance
Insurance is required, as follows:
- Alcohol Consumption: approximately $162
- No Alcohol: approximately $70
If you have your own insurance, this fee can be waived. Insurance costs
are a once/year fee that covers your use of our facilities for a full
year.
