Members of St. James are invited to join us for our annual general meeting. We will review the year past and discern God's vision for us for the year ahead.
Due to pandemic restrictions, we will meet virtually over Zoom.
Reports from committees are due by the end of January.
The list of eligible voters and the 2021 budget have already been sent to members via email. Please submit any questions about the 2021 budget to our treasurer Todd Hillhouse <treasurer@stjamescaledoneast.ca>
The vestry package containing the agenda, reports, nominations, and motions will be sent out via email on Sunday 21 February, as will the draft audited financial statements. (Fr. Chris regrets that he was unable to complete and send out the vestry package on Saturday, as he said he would on Friday).
Printed copies are available for delivery upon request.
