Edna Jean Craig (1932-2021)

Edna Jean Craig (nee) Hutchinson born February 12, 1932, passed away peacefully September 14, 2021 surrounded by her family.

Dear wife of Stanley Craig, Caledon, they had just recently celebrated their 69th wedding anniversary.

Loving mother of Allan and Karen, Warren and Maureen, and Rick and Vicki. Dear grandmother of Mark, Lesley, Jackie, Kelly, Breanna, and Connor, and a beloved great grandmother. Edna loved to bake tea biscuits and buns which will be greatly missed by her family.

She was a dedicated member of St. James Anglican Church and canvasser for the Canadian Cancer Society for over 25 years. While her greatest treasure was caring for her grandchildren, she also enjoyed bowling with the ladies. A tremendous thank you to her doctor and all the nurses and PSWs who helped care for her over these past few years.

A special thanks to the staff at Bethell Hospice for all the care she was given in her final days.

She was deeply loved and will be missed by her family and friends. Edna made us all laugh many times throughout the years, she had quite the sense of humour.
