Welcome to St. James, Caledon East!
A growing, vibrant church in the Heart of the Village

If you are thinking about coming to church, give us a try.  You will find a warm welcome and an accepting atmosphere -- no matter who you are, where you come from, or where you are on your spiritual journey.

There is no dress code, no reserved seating, no requirement to sing - unless you want to!

Our church is a great place to unwind and recharge after a hectic week. Gather with others who bring their questions, doubts, sorrows and joys.  We journey together, receiving peace and hope through the opening of God's Word and receving the Sacraments.

Sharing God's love, peace and hope
A message the world needs to hear

People come to church for many reasons, and from many backgrounds. Whatever your story is, you will find a Christ-focused worship experience here.

Land Acknowledgment

The land on which we gather is the traditional territory of the Huron-Wendat, Haudenosaunee and Anishinabek Nations and most recently the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation. This territory was the subject of Treaty 19, also known as the Ajetance Purchase.

We recognize the enduring presence of Indigenous peoples connected to and on this land, and are grateful for the opportunity to gather on this territory and work in this community. As members of a church that has a conflicted history with Indigenous peoples, we commit ourselves to the ongoing process of reconciliation.
