COVID Update

Welcome back!

If you don’t already know it, we are offering two worship services each Sunday in the church at our regular times of 9:00 am and 10:30 am.

The following Covid-19 protocols are still in place; please take a moment to read them:

Sign-in sheets

We are still using sign-in sheets to provide contact tracing.  You must indicate that you have read and passed the Covid-19 self-assessment test every time you visit.

Masks

We are still wearing masks indoors.  We know that transmission of the virus takes place primarily through airborne transmission.  For this reason we continue to wear masks, and are not singing as a group.

No Coffee Hour

We miss it, but it would require us to remove masks, so under Diocesan rules, we cannot offer it at present.

New Regulations

The Anglican Diocese of Toronto introduced a Covid-19 Mandatory Vaccination Policy on Sept. 17, 2021. You can read the full policy below under 'Downloads'. All COVID updates from the Diocese can be viewed here.

All employees, volunteers and service providers must provide proof of vaccination.

This applies to the minister, churchwardens, music providers, sides-people, chancel guild – basically the only exceptions are for people who come just to a worship service. 

You only have to provide the proof once, and it will be recorded and kept securely.

You received proof of your vaccination in the form of a paper receipt at the time of your vaccination, and/or an electronic receipt.

Ways to provide this information:

• Forward the electronic receipt to dallengame12@gmail.com
• Scan the paper receipt and send as above
• Photocopy the paper receipt and bring to church in an envelope marked ‘Diane’
• If you don’t have access to a copier, bring the original to church and we will record the information directly.
