The great Catholic theologian Karl Rahner once claimed:

“The Christian of the future will be a mystic or will not exist at all.”

He meant that people will either have a dynamic, immediate and experiential relationship with God, or they will be bereft of faith. In four sessions you will find out how the Christian mystics through the ages have instructed the faithful in nurturing just such a relationship with God and what that means for us as this post-Christendom era continues to unfold.
