Notice of Special Vestry Meeting

Caledon East Children’s Place is our major licensee.  This year their payments represent 30% of our income.  They are planning for future growth and would like to improve one of the rooms they currently use in the basement by adding an external window (through the foundation).  This would allow them to program for pre-school children, as natural light is a provincial licensing requirement.   All costs would be borne by CECP.

The Leadership Team has discussed this and supports the project.  As it is a leasehold improvement, the Diocese also needs to approve it and they require a motion from Vestry in favour of the project. 

We will convene a special meeting of Vestry just to deal with this issue on Sunday, July 11 via Zoom after the 10:30 service.  Please plan to attend.
